The annual conference brings together approximately 200 delegates from around the world to participate in a busy programme of formal and informal presentations addressing every aspect of educational leadership. Delegates are a mixture of research academics, students, education consultants and school and college leaders encouraging a unique perspective which brings together the theoretical and the practical and encourages stimulating debate at our conference and events.

BELMAS members work as school and college leaders and academic leadership and policy researchers mostly throughout the UK, but also in 75 different countries worldwide.  Our annual conference includes keynote speeches from leading world academics and members’ papers covering topical, ongoing and international leadership issues.

We appreciate the need for networking space and time at our conference and position exhibitors’ stands prominently and at locations presenting the highest footfall for the convenience of delegates and the best marketing profile for exhibitors.
