You can book Friday or Saturday evening meals as an optional extra as well as an overnight stay.

This includes attendance at all sessions on Saturday. Tea/coffee during refreshment breaks and lunch is provided. For half day rates, please contact the BELMAS office.



If you are attending as a ‘day delegate or non residential’ and you would like to stay for dinner, there will be an additional charge of £20 for Friday and £45 for Saturday evening. You will have the option to add these at the time of booking.


Twin Occupancy

This applies to two delegates sharing a room on a full residential basis. Delegates have the option of a double or twin room when registering. Twin occupancy represents a saving of up to 25% on the full residential rate.



If you would like to bring a partner/guest overnight, there will be a £40 supplement charged per night. You will also have the option to add lunch and evening meals for your guest at an additional cost. This applies to guests who are NOT attending the conference.


Additional Nights

Additional nights will be charged at £160 per night for delegates. If you will like to book an additional night, you can do so upon check out.



Members of the University Council for Educational Administration (UCEA) or the Canadian Association for the Study of Educational Administration (CASEA) receive BELMAS member rates. Please select the UCEA/CASEA Member option during registration.
