If paying by credit or debit card, full payment must be made at the time of registration. All card payments are processed using Worldpay, our secure payment gateway.
Alternatively, you can request an invoice during the booking process in order to pay by BACS, cheque or over the phone.
You will receive a delegate list as part of your conference pack. This consists of your name, institution and email address. If you prefer not to be included in our delegate list, please email email@example.com
Joining instructions are sent to delegates who have paid their registration fees well in advance of the Conference itself. If you have not received these at least one week before the Conference, please email BELMAS.
Photographs will also be taken during the conference period. Following the conference, these images will be available on our website and may be used for future marketing materials. Please contact the BELMAS office if you do not wish for your photographs to be used in this way.
90 days before conference (9th April 2022) = 75% cancellation charge. We can only refund 25% of the fee.
Cancellation less than 90 days = no refund is given.
If a delegate is unable to get a visa and cancels more than 90 days in advance, we may give a full refund subject to verification.
Notification of cancellation must be received by email to BELMAS by the 30th June 2022. No refunds will be given after this date.
