International delegates should be aware of visa requirements when entering the UK. Please plan your travel well in advance and allow plenty of time to apply for a visa.
BELMAS cannot issue formal invitation letters or actual visas to attend the Annual Conference, but can issue a Visa Support Letter to assist with your visa application. Letters will only be issued to delegates once full payment for registration fees has been received. If you are unable to obtain a visa, our cancellation policy still applies. Please note, no refunds will be given from 1st July.
Once you have registered and paid in full, please send your Visa Support Letter request to firstname.lastname@example.org. You must include:
- Your name as it appears on your passport
- Your current postal mailing address
- Your registration order number
- If you are an author of an accepted abstract (oral or poster), provide the title
